These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JMD89 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://jmd89.click ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the JMD89 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

JMD89 operates under an international gaming licence and is committed to providing a secure, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players. These Terms are designed to protect both our players and the integrity of the Platform. They apply to all products and services offered by JMD89, including live casino games, slot games, sportsbook betting, and promotional offers.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an account with JMD89, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. JMD89 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino-style gambling activities on the Platform.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of or physically located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of JMD89 or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are opening the account solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by JMD89 for violations of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the JMD89 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. JMD89 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, JMD89 will initiate the KYC verification process. You will be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) confirming your registered address.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your e-wallet account (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) or a bank statement from the depositing account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong).
• Additional documentation as may be reasonably requested by our compliance team.

JMD89 will complete KYC reviews within 2 business days of receiving all required documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with specific guidance on what additional information is required.

JMD89 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and participating Malaysian banks), DuitNow instant transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit by default; however, JMD89 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the account or platform level for responsible gambling or risk management purposes.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. JMD89 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds if the source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

JMD89 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose transaction fees that are beyond our control.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• FPX / DuitNow: Typically within 15–60 minutes of approval.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: Typically within 5–20 minutes of approval.
• Cryptocurrency: Within 1–3 hours depending on network congestion.
• Gold VIP accounts: Priority processing — most withdrawals completed within 10 minutes.

JMD89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that are unusually large, originate from a recently created account, or are flagged by our fraud detection systems. This is a routine compliance measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing.

Withdrawal requests that remain unprocessed for more than 7 days due to outstanding KYC requirements will be reversed and the funds returned to the account balance.

JMD89 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above who have a verified JMD89 account in good standing.
• The standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 20× the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. For example, a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to the account. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account balance without notice.
• JMD89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Such changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus applies to all qualifying crypto deposits, with a maximum bonus of MYR 688 per deposit. The bonus carries a 15× wagering requirement.

All bets placed on the JMD89 Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or sport being wagered upon. General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not permitted except where JMD89 exercises its discretion due to a manifest technical error or system fault.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session that prevents the game from completing, JMD89 will use reasonable efforts to restore the session. Where restoration is not possible, any wager in progress at the time of failure will be refunded to the account balance.
• JMD89 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds or game outcomes that were published erroneously due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"). Players will be notified and the original stake returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip and may be modified by JMD89 at any time without prior notice.
• Sports betting results are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For League matches including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia, the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus added time) is used for settlement unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JMD89 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or fixing sporting events.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage or to interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity that violates anti-money laundering laws applicable in Malaysia or the jurisdictions under which JMD89 operates.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform rather than reporting them to our support team.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your registered account, or using another person's account credentials.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting JMD89's support team to resolve the matter.

JMD89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We provide a suite of tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account if you feel gambling is negatively affecting your life.

All responsible gambling tools can be activated from your Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to reduce limits are processed immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

All content on the JMD89 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game assets, and the overall design and arrangement of the Site, is the exclusive property of JMD89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of JMD89.

Any unauthorised use of JMD89's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JMD89, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.

JMD89's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JMD89 Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JMD89 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we accept no liability for losses caused by Platform downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, government-directed network interruptions, or force majeure events.

JMD89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that JMD89 reasonably suspects may violate applicable law.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, JMD89 will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds in your account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which JMD89 holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through JMD89's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge their responsibility to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations in connection with their use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Malaysia.

JMD89 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, JMD89 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the JMD89 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
